Serveci is committed to GDPR compliance across the company, and we have already implemented and evaluated the latest requirements and limitations enforced by the GDPR. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in an orderly manner. Thereupon we’ve carefully reviewed the way we collect, use, keep and dispose of your data with the aim of provision of online advertising, SEO or any other provided by us services. In circumstances where we ask you to provide any kind of personal information in order to use any of our websites or services, all such information will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. Accepting this privacy policy, you confirm your personal data actuality and accuracy, and give consent to disclosing your personal data so we can provide services, close sales, run marketing campaign, and enable Serveci platform operation. 

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. Serveci reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this policy without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at https://serveci.com website. Your continued use of the service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms, so please revise the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy periodically to follow the updates.

(a) Information you voluntarily provide to us: When you sign up for and use the Serveci services, consult with our customer support and sales team, send us an email, leave comments on our blog, or communicate with us in any other way, you are voluntarily giving us information that we collect. That information may include your name, physical address, email address, IP address, Skype ID, Messanger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, WeChat (or any other messanger), phone number, credit card information, location, purchase history, and any other information you provide when using Serveci services or interacting with us in any way. Please note that we do not collect your sensitive personal information relating to confidential medical facts, racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality. Non-identifiable data will be enough to provide you with a range of services we offer on this website. Serveci uses the bare minimum of the non-personally identifiable information to help it administer and improve this website.

2. How we store and secure your personal data

We collect personal information automatically and through the use of electronic tools that may be transparent to our users.

This includes adding features that compare Members’ email campaigns, using data to suggest other publishers your Subscribers may be interested in, or using data to suggest products or services that you may be interested in or that may be relevant to you or your Subscribers. Some of these suggestions are generated by use of our Data Science Projects.

(n) To transfer your information in the case of a sale, merger, consolidation, liquidation, reorganization, or acquisition. In that event, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy, including your rights to access and choice. We will notify you of the change either by sending you an email or posting a notice on our Website. In addition, from time to time as we continue to develop our business, we may sell, buy, merge, partner, or joint venture with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets. We may also disclose your information in response to a court order, at other times when we believe we are reasonably required to do so by law, in connection with the collection of amounts you may owe to us, and/or to law enforcement authorities whenever we deem it appropriate or necessary. (l) Personally Identifiable Information collected by us may also be used for other purposes, including but not limited to site administration, troubleshooting, processing of e-commerce transactions, and other communications with you. 4. Users’ rights

Under all circumstances, the user has the possibility to amend and correct the provided data in a personal account.

5. How long do we keep your personal data

We will store your usage data until such time when you withdraw your consent for us to do so. All other data as specified above will be retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may also retain information as required by law.

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of Serveci services shall be retained until such services have been fully performed.

Personal Data collected for the purposes of our legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

We may retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn.

Furthermore, we may retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted.

If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 16, we will delete that information from our systems. The Internet Company encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer: Teach kids never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult. Includes name, address, phone, school, etc. Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate.
